Aroma: Rose and geraniol aroma. Honey sweet, slightly clear, stable and long-lasting aroma, newly steamed geranium oil sometimes with mixed flavor, a small amount of sulfide aroma, slightly stored for a short period of time can disappear.

Solubility: unstable to strong acids, geraniol ester and citronellol ester partially saponified in alkalinity, insoluble in glycerol.
